  • Where do you deliver?
    Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-15 working days after the order is placed. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on a Monday. We will deliver your items to the address you specify upon ordering your goods. Please ensure that the address and contact number is correct as we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We can hand-deliver arrangements to these North Yorkshire locations, Wetherby, Spofforth, Follifoot, Starbeck, Ripley, Knaresborough, Huby, North Rigton, Kirkby Overblow, Burn Bridge, and Pannal. East Yorkshire locations Elloughton, Brough, Ellerker, Melton, Brantingham, North Ferriby, South Cave, Swanland and Welton. If you wish to have your delivery sent to a remote postcode there will be an added charge. We will always inform you of added delivery costs before we dispatch your order.   • Can you deliver the same day?
    Unfortunately as a lot of our products are handmade we are unable to offer same day delivery. However, if you need an item urgently and if we have an item in stock or ready we will do our best to obtain a quote for you to have it sent by overnight courier (additional charges may apply).
  • I have entered the wrong delivery address; can I change it?
    Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it cannot be amended and it will be delivered to the address stated at the time of ordering. Therefore please ensure that the address and contact number is correct as we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
  • Are my card details secure on your system?
    Yes, your card details are completely secure. Faux La Fleur is fully PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. See www.pcisecuritystandards.org for further information.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a tracking number which you can enter on the Royal Mail website to track your parcel along its journey to you.
  • When will I receive my item?
    Delivery times vary as some of our items are bespoke. However we aim to deliver your parcel in 3 working days once your order has been processed and dispatched. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next available working day. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on a Monday.
  • How do I return an item?
    At Faux La Fleur we really hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, we realise that this is not always the case. You can return any order placed online to us for a full refund providing you have informed us, and the goods have been received within 14 calendar days. This will start from the day after the order was delivered, and all items must be in an unused and saleable condition in their original packaging. Within this timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund of the items being returned. Please see further details on our delivery and returns page here.
  • Are delivery charges refundable?
    If you need to return an item because it is faulty we will reimburse you in full for your delivery charges. See more information on our delivery and returns page here.
  • How do I look after my artificial flowers?
    Please keep artificial flowers away from direct sunlight as flowers that are exposed may fade over time. To clean use a hairdryer on a cool setting to remove dust or use a light damp cloth if needed to gently wipe your flowers. Artificial flowers require no watering or feeding. Our outdoor arrangements are treated to ensure maximum longevity in all weathers; however we do suggest in adverse weather to bring your floral creations indoors for safekeeping.
